The only way you can find Centaur Heart and all other materials is by scavenging. You need to be on the lookout for Centaur Hearts in the Overworld, as it is a pick-up item. You can also get it as a drop from clearing Encounters. You can only collect one Centaur Heart per run, so farming it will take a while. Luckily the chances of getting Centaur Hearts from Encounters increases from Erebus and beyond. You can use certain items like Chaos’ boons to alter the probability of running into Centaur Hearts
Another easier method to farm Centaur Hearts is by purchasing it from Charon’s shop. It will cost 125 Golden Crown to buy it.
