Luckily, you can find bloodstone a bit early in the game. After you have unlocked the Wetlands, you have to explore the Wetland-Ancient Ruins Dungeon. The exact location is marked on the map above, and it can be found west of the Vajra Ape boss location. Once you locate the dungeon, head inside and you can either defeat or avoid the enemies within.
What you should be looking for are chests. Once you find a chest, unlock it to get bloodstones. This is the only way to farm bloodstones, so if you need more of it you need to visit this dungeon several times. But visiting the Wetland dungeon is the surest way of obtaining Bloodstones.
