To get Blood Crystals, you need to explore the new area added to the 1.0 version of the game. The area in question is Dracula’s Demise, which can be found between Dunley Farmlands and Gloomrot South. The easiest way to get here is by tracking the blood for Lord Styx the Night Champion. Dracula’s Demise is his new home, so if you haven’t beaten him yet, this is the best way to find this place.
Once you reach Dracula’s Demise, you will find a large red ore node. This is the Blood Crystal Node, and you will need stronger melee weapons that are made with Dark Silver or better. To start mining blood crystals, just use your weapon and hit away. This is the only way to farm Blood Crystals, as you don’t receive them from enemy drops
