The first time you will receive the Voucher of Reciprocal Tides is in your in-game mail. You can find your mail inbox when you open your Terminal. Reach the mails in your inbox to find the one called Rewards – A Special Thanks from Wuthering Waves Dev Team. You will receive one Voucher of Reciprocal Tides gift item. This offer is a one time thing for now, and it is unclear when you can receive the next one. Since this is a gift from the dev team, you would have to wait for another maintenance to probably receive this item again.
To use the Voucher of Reciprocal Tides, head over to your Terminal and select the Convene section. From there, select the last banner on the list, which is the Beginner’s Choice Convene Event. You will be taken to the Targeted Convene menu, where you can pick between a handful of 5-Star Resonators. Pick the one you like and select the Confirm option below. Once you are satisficed with your selection, click on the Convene button at the bottom of the screen. Your voucher will be used up and you will receive your chosen character. This voucher is a one time usage item, so pick your character wisely.
