To get Aloe Vera, make your way over to the Blackfell teleportation tower just east of the settlement (4791, -1845). You can find Blackfell within the Red Sands region, and there is only one aloe vera that spawns here. There is another area in Red Sands, around 4527, -2617. You can collect two aloe vera plants here instead of one. Another place you can check is at 4747, -2492 in Iron River. There are two aloe vera spawns here.
The next location is Blackheart Region, at around 4534, 1020. You have to get through the canyon to find aloe vera. Lastly, there is another area in the Blackheart Region, around 5106, 772. Explore the area to find aloe vera. Aloe vera can respawn, so you can refresh your world and try collecting more. Eventually you might get the aloe vera seed, which can be taken to your planting area to grow more aloe vera at your leisure
