In Subnautica 2, Conduit Crystals are extremely useful and can only be found in dangerous areas near the Control Center towards the end of the game. The best way to find them is to use a scanner room close to the large underwater structures that are located there. Here is how you can get to the crystals, how to reach it, and what you need to avoid.
Reach the Scanner Location

To locate a Conduit Crystal in the game, you will need to travel approximately 1700 meters east from the life pod. Building a small base with a scanner room will allow you to find the Conduit Crystal more easily because the scanner will be able to detect the crystal and mark its location for you.
Find the Conduit Crystal

The area in which you will be searching is in proximity to a large building and the Control Center. There is also a very large structure in the water nearby, confirming that you have reached the correct location. After your scanner has located the Conduit Crystal, you will then need to follow the marker.

Players can not use their vehicle to travel more than 250 meters with their vehicle before having to swim the rest of the way. When you have arrived at the marked location, the Conduit Crystal can be found directly ahead of you. A tool will be required to collect the Conduit Crystal and once done, the crystal can be gathered successfully.
Watch Out for Nearby Threats
The scanner might detect one Conduit Crystal at a time but there are many more nearby since resources in the area often appear in groups. You’ll need to explore with care as hostile creatures can also be roaming around this location.
