Spring in the Air will have you cutting a lot of grass. In fact, this mission requires that you cut at least enough to get 7000 points in the minigame. There is a timer counting down, so you will have limited time to cut al that grass. If you fail to get 7000, you will be stung by the bees.
The game will tell you that you need to use flowers to distract the bees, but you can do without that and focus on cutting grass. A good strategy is to keep cutting instead of looking for the next place to cut grass, so you can go in a circle. When you are traveling in a circular motion around the area, you can ensure that you are cutting the most amount of grass possible.
