Next, make your way to the Shipwright in Saint Anne and select the option to track down the Blaster Sloop blueprint and crafting materials. To get the blueprint, visit the Ungwana Merchant found in Sunken Goldmine. You can find this location on the western section of the map, inland on the Coast of Africa. You might also receive the blueprint for free by completing contracts, so keep an eye out for that as well.
