To get the Foolish Little Brother achievement, you need to fight Gepard using his older sister, Serval. You don’t need to fight the entire battle with only her, but you need to land the finishing blow on Gepard using her. There are a few instances where you have to fight Gepard, so you can use Serval in any of the fights to get the Foolish Little Brother achievement. You can meet Gepard while completing the many story missions in the game.
In case you have missed your chance, you can still defeat him while participating in the Honkai Star Rail Simulated Universe World 3 event. Gepard is the boss for this event, so you can put your best attacks and place the landing blow using Serval to get the achievement.
