To find the Happy Birthday puzzle, make your way over to Chalk Peak, specifically at coordinates 3441, -5079. This location is close to the Hilly Homestead landmark. The area is swarming with agents, so clear the area first before you try to sort the puzzle. Next, head inside and you will notice three numbers on the wall of the living room. If you scan the area, you will find there is number 6, 5, and 9 scattered across the floor.
You need to pick up the correct number and place it on the wall. To complete the puzzle, the combination you need to put up is 0829. Pick up number 9 off the floor and place it on the wall right beside number 2. If done correctly, a special birthday crate will appear and you can pick up some rewards after looting it.
