Weazel News Building
During the Gangbanger Robbery missions, you can carry out a heist to steal the Grotti Turismo Omaggio, and Jamal will help you with that. During the planning stage, you will be required to steal a police helicopter from the medical center. To do that, first make your way to the Weazel News Building to tap into the signal box outside the building.
You need to cut off the signal from the news channel’s camera that is pointing towards the medical center. There is a quick mini game you need to play once you reach the signal box. To clear it, match the numbers on the left with the icons on the right, and you need to make sure that the total number at the bottom matches the one on top. Once cleared, the signal tracking the choppers will be lost.
Central Los Santos Medical Center
Next, make your way to the Central Los Santos Medical Center and try to bypass all the cops and paramedics in the area. At the side of the medical building, make your way up the ladder to the roof. If you check your map, you can see the line of sight from the cops. You need to avoid detection and sneak your way to the next ladder up ahead. Paramedics on the roof won’t care about your whereabouts, so you can ignore them. Just pay attention to the vision cone of the cops on your mini map.
Once you reach the top of the roof, head over to the police chopper and take flight. Keep flying away to lose all the cops, then you will be notified to go to the landing area. Land the chopper at the designated spot and make a run for it to complete the mission.
