Retrieve the Tools
To find the toolbox and get the tools for Artisan, check your map for the construction site POI. Depending on which faction map you have, it is located in the middle of the town, between the town hall and the warehouse. You can find the construction site right on the main road, so make your way over there. Since the area is densely populated with enemies, bring a team with you to deal with them. Once you reach the construction site, check the area east of it. Just beside the half constructed building you will find a one story house.
There is a picnic table with two water barrels on it and an orange and white umbrella beside the table. Behind the table is the house you need to enter to find the toolbox. Enter through the front door and go through the first door on your right. The toolbox is right on the table near the other door inside the room. Head back to Artisan and hand over the tools to complete the task
