Find the UNLRA Medical Supplies at the town’s water tower
Luckily, you do get the coordinates for locating the medical supplies in the task’s objective. Since the map layout is different for each faction, you have to rely on the coordinates mentioned to locate the place. Luckily, the water tower is a POI, so you don’t have a hard time trying to find it. Once you reach the water tower, hop over the wall to enter the compound. You will spot a few medical tents and the UNLRA medical truck parked at the base of the tower. But the supplies are not inside either of these places. Rather, walk over to the one story brown building with two doors having the UNLRA sign outside them.
Open the door on the right side and walk inside. The medical supplies that you need to pick up are within this room. Mostly it can be found on the shelf to the right side of the room, you can spot it just as you enter. Or if it is not there, you can check the counters beside the shelf or the small computer room to the side. Once you get the supplies, exfil out of there and hand over the supplies to Lab Rat to complete the mission
