You can speak to Handshake in the Vendor’s menu after pressing the Tab button. Select Handshake and head over to the Task section. Here you will find a list of completed and incomplete tasks that you can pick, and one of them is the Helping Hand Task. Make your way to Kiu Vongsa to start the mission.
Bring the Intel from the Restaurant to Handshake and Retrieve the Intel in Gray Zone Warfare
To find the Restaurant, check your map for a large orange building. It is right beside the Motel. But before that, you will require the restaurant storage key to gain access to one of the doors within. You can get the key as a random drop from killing bots or from scavenging. Head inside the restaurant, then make your way to the back and walk towards the kitchen on your right. Turn around and you will spot a flight of stairs leading up, go up there and use the restaurant key on the locked door. Inside the room is a chair, and on top of it is the intel you need to retrieve. Extract with the intel to complete the mission
