Lab Rat did mention that you need to head over to Fort Narith, so do just that. Fort Narith can be located between LZ Delta 1, 2, and 3, and Lima 1, on the south side of the map. The exact location you need to go to is east of Delta 3 and west of the Vehicle Maintenance building. There is another large building right beside it, at 142,131. It is best to enter the building from Delta 3, as there is a back entrance to the building that has the least amount of AI on patrol. Tackle any AI you come across and make your way to the back entrance.
Just in front of the entrance is a tent with some furniture. You need to investigate inside the tent to locate the army medical records. Step into the tent and check the desk to find it. Report back to Lab Rat with your findings to get the rewards.
