Most of the time, you can get valuable items by defeating enemies and unlocking chests. The same rule applies to Bonded Leather as well. If you want to zone in on a specific enemy, then taking down mini-bosses is your best bet. Any mini-boss will drop a handful of Bonded Leather, but most players agree that killing The Huntress rewards you with a lot of it. Besides hunting down mini-bosses, you can also try to explore the hidden areas of God of War Ragnarok, as most of them will contain chests holding valuable items. You can unlock these hidden areas by picking up Favors, as these will take you exploring off the map. The chests that you need to look out for are the red chests, but sometimes you can find Bonded Leather inside coffins and tombs as well.

Besides that, if you head over to Svartalfheim and get across the lake here, you can occasionally find some Bonded Leather floating on the water. You can then use Atreus to pick them up. For now, it is unknown if Bonded Leather can be purchased from Brok and Sindri, so you should save your Hacksilver for something else.
