Ghostwire: Tokyo is an upcoming action-adventure game that is going to be released in a few hours, and players are already excited to play this game. There are a lot of items, collectibles, quests, side quests for the players to collect or complete. Katashiro is one of the key items players can find in Ghistwire: Tokyo.
This guide will help you know what Katashiro is and how to get them.
Katashiro in Ghostwire: Tokyo – Concept and Other details
Katashiro is a Japanese doll made of paper that absorbs the floating spirits, and players can guide these souls to the afterlife. In Ghostwire: Tokyo, approximately 240300 lost souls are available, and players can absorb and guide them to the afterlife through these Katashiro dolls.
As you start playing the game, you’ll encounter lost souls, and the game prompts you to absorb them. Therefore, having a maximum number of Katashiro dolls at any given moment is helpful. Press L2 to absorb souls into a Katashiro, and when you collect enough souls (better if you collect 12 souls), go to the Phonebooth and guide the souls to the afterlife. This activity also gives you EXP and Meika (in-game currency). Remember, one Katashiro doll can absorb one spirit. So, if you have 12 dolls at any given moment, you can absorb 12 lost Souls.
Katashiro is one of the main collectibles of this game. You can purchase them from any drug store around Tokyo, but the price is a little high. Players need to pay 3000 Meika per Katashiro. You can hold a maximum of 50 Katashiro in your inventory. Once you have 50 Katashiro in your inventory, you can unlock the Boundless Spirit Trophy.
Sometimes, players can get Katashiro as a reward from Nekomata, specifically from those who are looking for some particular collectibles. If you help them find what they want, they will give you Katashiro.
That’s all we know about Katashiro until now. It will be beneficial for the players to have more Katashiro in their inventory so they can get more experience points and reach the level 50 cap faster. However, we will update the guide if we get more information about Katashiro when the game releases.
