To find the chest, make your way to the unnamed location above. Once you reach the area, look up at the rocks jutting upwards in front of you. You will find a blue arrow item that is pointing down. Collect it, and once you do, another one will appear adjacent to your location. Pick that up as well and find the next one nearby. Keep doing this till you have to cross over to the next mountains. Pick up the last arrow near an encircled area. Once you do that, the exquisite chest will appear and you can claim the rewards within.
There is another location which has a similar puzzle, but will only give you a common chest upon completing. Make your way to the Statue of the Seven waypoint and head a bit west, across the bridge. Step on the stone platform to start the puzzle. Follow the blue arrows till you find the common chest.
