To start the quest, make your way to the fountain found between the Fountain of Lucine and Marcotte Station. Once you find the deactivated fountain, investigate it to get a cutscene with Remaudiere. After talking to him, you will get the objectives to talk to Edel. Follow the marker towards where Edel is and continue with the quest. He will tell you that you need to talk to Estelle for further information. To find Estelle, head over to the Court of Fontaine waypoint and make your way to the blacksmith. She will request three Iron Chunks to build contraception and get the fountain working again.
Iron Chunks can be found while scavenging and breaking down Iron Rocks. They are commonly found all over Mondstadt, so you can scavenge for some while you are there. Once you have three Iron Chunks, make your way back to Estelle and hand them over. After Estelle is done building the contraption, everyone will work together to get the fountain working again, thus completing the quest. You will receive the following rewards for your trouble.
