While exploring Fontaine, you will come across the Romaritime Harbor, which is the earliest area you will explore. You can get here by completing quests or by making your way here on your own. If you are new to Fontaine you can complete the main story quests to make your way to Romaritime Harbor. Whichever method you choose, once you do find the building, get inside it. Make your way to the right side of the entrance, where you will find a flight of stairs leading up. Take the stairs up till you reach the elevator. Hop into the elevator and it will take you to the Romaritime Harbor upper level, towards Fontaine. Once you reach the top, you will find the Statue of the Seven in front of you. Make your way toward it and activate it to unlock this section of the map.
There are several other Statues of the Seven to find and unlock as you make your way around Fontaine. The sooner you can find them all, the more areas will be uncovered, making your journey easy.
