  • To fix it go to the home screen and then click Start on FIFA 23.

  • Then click on delete everywhere
  • Once the profile has been deleted, browse to the previous screen and click on player reserved space.
  • Click on clear reserved space.
  • Then go to the home screen
  • Launch the game. It should launch without an issue.

2. Login via a guest account

  • If you are still facing the same issue, go to your profile icon on the top left
  • Select add or switch
  • Add guest profile
  • Once you’re logged in as a guest
  • You can launch the game
  • and that should fix the error
  • select play trial
  • now it will be asking you to confirm
  • your active profile, click on sign in
  • now select your original account over here and this should fix the issue.

3.  Try logging in via a different account

  • In case, the previous methods didn’t work for you and you are still receiving the error message in that case login with a different account.
  • Go to profile
  • Select a different account over here.
  • If you have a different account you can log in to the same. Otherwise, you can create a new account and log in.
  • Once you log in with a different account go to my games and apps
  • and then go to trial. 
  • You will be greeted with a warning stating that you do not have the membership in that case go to profile and select add or switch.
  • Now select the original account
  • Launch the game. You should be able to play the game without that error message.
