1. Update your Graphics Card: One of the main reasons behind this issue is that you have not updated your graphics cards. So first and foremost, try updating them to the latest version and then check if that helped to resolve the matter. You can go to the official website of AMD or NVIDIA to get the latest version.

2. Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements: Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements specified by the game.

3. Update your operating system: Outdated OS version can cause a variety of issues including crashing and client lockup errors. Therefore, if you have not updated your operating system to the latest version, then do it and then relaunch the game.

4. Allow game in Windows Defender Firewall: At times, your Windows Firewall prevents the game from accessing properly. So, your next step is to allow Diablo 4 in Windows Defender Firewall. For this: Go to Windows Security >> Firewall & Network Protection >> allow an App >> Find the game >> Click on Change Settings >> Add Another App >> finally add the game to the Exception List.
