To get the Glowing Bighead, from your spawn point go left towards the candyland area and keep going straight. You need to cross Rocky Volcano, Foggy Forest, and Bighead Neighbourhood to reach Bighead City. You will know you have reached Bighead City when you see an arch towards the exit of Bighead Neighbourhood. As soon as you cross the arch, immediately take a left turn at William’s Fish Restaurant. To the left side of the restaurant there is a small alleyway that you can enter. There is a sewer grate on the floor once you reach the end of the alley, before turning right. You can enter through the sewer this way to get the Glowing Bighead.
Once you reach the sewers, cross the plank to reach the opposite platform. Turn right and go all the way to the end and turn left. Again go all the way to the end, then once you reach the second corner turn, stop and zoom out a bit. Try to look over the edge of the corner into the sewer water, you will find the Glowing Bighead down there. Now, to get the Glowing Bighead, you need to aim and jump directly on the Bighead to collect it. If you touch the water before you get the Bighead, then you will spawn back to the start of the sewer. You should aim correctly, jump on the bighead to collect it, then you will successfully spawn to the sewer entrance with the bighead with you.
