Fallout 76 (FO76) is one of the easy games to lose yourself in. However, this game has several technical issues, crashes, and glitches and so players are frustrated as they can’t play this game seamlessly. But because of its new glitch, players are jumping in the air. A new Fallout 76 network-wide issue has given numerous players lots of Atoms as rewards and players do not require paying any extra for them.

The Atoms are a currency for microtransactions. It can be used to buy several items from the Atomic Shop in Fallout 76.

Players are confused as they have received such a large number of Atom even though they have not purchased them. And so, they have started reporting on several forums in including Reddit. Bethesda has come to know about this glitch and acknowledged it immediately.

Some players stated that they have received 50,000 and more than that which is a hefty number.

If we compare this number with real money, that means players received about $500 free in-game currency. If you are rejoiced in, there is a catch here. The devs of this game, Bethesda, have already warned players not to use these “Free” atoms.

They said to a Redditor, if you will use them in any way, your account may be flagged, and also it could be banned from the FO76.

However, it is advisable not to use these extra Atoms as devs are already working on the fix, and hopefully, it will be resolved soon in an upcoming patch/update.
