To find Eldart’s Apothecary, make your way near the entrance that leads towards Sacred Arbor. You will find a path that takes you west just before you reach Sacred Arbor settlement. Take that path and it will lead you to the entrance of the Apothecary. If you haven’t unlocked Sacred Arbor yet, you can find it northwest of Vernworth, in Malachite Forest. Once you reach the apothecary’s entrance, the Seeker’s Token is directly on the roof above it. But reaching it is a bit tricky. The best way to get up there is to first change your Vocation to Mage and learn the Levitate spell. Then, if you check the mountain paths on the hills beside the apothecary, you will find a path that leads upwards. Follow it and go up, keeping to the ledge of the hill/mountain. But the path will halt just before you can reach the roof. Use the Levitate skill to float towards the roof, then land on the edge of the rooftop.

To find the Seeker’s Token, just look to your side. Right there on the edge of the rocky terrain is your Seeker’s Token. Pick it up to add it to your collection
