There are three rounds to every colosseum battle, and you need to place the appropriate monsters in your lineup. Luckily, the first arena is quite simple and you can get by with your starters. Below is the lineup of monsters for each round

Round 1 – Briny Bronco, Khalamari Kid, Puffpoise, Raptile
Round 2 – Mouseflap, Pogoin’ Penguin, Wing Slime, Woebergine
Round 3 – Antguzzler, Hammerhood, Mischievous Mole, Picksy

These monsters might sound intimidating, but they have some very basic moves. By now, you should have your starter beefed up and might have found some other monsters while exploring the initial area. If your monsters are at level 5 and above, you won’t have much problems clearing this lineup. For your team, keep one healing monster like a Slime or Stump Chump, and set them to Focus on Healing. For the rest, set the option to Show No Mercy. It is best to attempt this arena with a Vegandragora in your team after it has learned Sizz, as this move is quite strong against these monsters.
