Currently, this is a bug where you cannot enter or exit Kyovashad for some time. This bug appears due to the lack of a loading screen, so you would be stuck in a queue while trying to enter through the gate. If you think that you are not in any queue but still cannot enter or exit the city, then you can try the below tips to get past the gate.
- Leave your character near the invisible barrier, then go back to the character screen and load back in to move into or out of the city
- Some players found that stepping back and forth from the barrier for a while helped them move past the entrance
- Use the waypoint in the city to teleport to another region, then come back to Kyovashad to find that the entrance is not blocked anymore.
- Wait it out for a while near the barrier, as it could be a client issue where the scene is not loaded yet on the other side.
- Try purging your character of sins using the Holy Cedar Tablet before entering the city
- As a last resort, try to quit the game and log back in. Restarting your system or modem can also help
Usually, these tips would help you move in and out of Kyovashad, but if you have found another solution, do share it in the comments below.
