Chapter 1 Awaken Wine Worm Location in Black Myth Wukong
Black Wind Mountain – Cave Interior Shrine. Enter the Black Wind King arena and turn left to find the golden pot containing 1x Awaken Wine Worm
Chapter 2 Awaken Wine Worm Location in Black Myth Wukong
Yellow Wind Ridge – Valley of Despair Shrine. Enter the cave beside the shrine and go straight till you pass two large flame torches and a wooden table. Drop down the ledge ahead and turn right to find a small shack with the pot containing the Awaken Wine Worm. This area is also right above the First Prince of Flowing Sands battle arena
Chapter 3 Awaken Wine Worm Location in Black Myth Wukong
Pagoda Realm – Outside the Wheel Shrine. Worm is found right inside the lair of the Blade Monk Spirit. To get here, head towards the Pagoda building in front of the shrine and turn right before the entrance. Make your way to the wooden chest at the end of the road. From there, drop down on to the platform on the left.
Enter the small alcove to reach the spirit boss and find the worm inside beside some petrified enemies
Valley of Ecstacy – Longevity Road Shrine. Walk behind the shrine and follow the lower road that slopes down on the left. You will encounter Turtle Treasure Yaoguai and the golden pot beside it
Chapter 4 Awaken Wine Worm Location in Black Myth Wukong
Village of Lanxi – Estate of the Zhu Shrine. Facing away from the entrance to the Second Sister battle arena, explore the shacks on the right side to find the Awaken Wine Worm
Temple of Yellow Flowers – Temple Entrance Shrine. Go up the stairs on the right after you enter the Temple of Yellow Flowers.
Enter the arena for the Snake Shriff Spirit and defeat it, then pass through the door within the arena to find Awaken Wine Worm under the large tree near an NPC
Purple Cloud Mountain – Petalfall Hamlet Shrine. Go through the bridge behind the Petalfall Hamlet Shrine. Go up the stairs and walk towards the stone doorway. Enter the stone doorway and turn immediately left to find a set of narrow stairs. Take the staircase to reach the Awaken Wine Worm
Chapter 5 Awaken Wine Worm Location in Black Myth Wukong
Furnace Valley – Rakshasa Palace Shrine. From the shrine, go up the stairs and cross the bridge. Walk through the lava after the path splits, and you will find some giant enemies ahead. Turn left from there and enter the building where an NPC is. Break the vase beside the NPC to find the worm
Bishui Cave – Corridor of Fire and Ice. Go through the doorway covered in ice and take the stairs. When you go halfway up the stairs, turn to your left and break the vase to get the Awaken Wine Worm

After certain chapters, you can purchase Awaken Wine Worms from Shen Monkey. There are three worms for sale after completing certain Black Myth Wukong chapters. You can find Shen Monkey either at Bamboo Grove – Marsh of White Mist or at Zodiac Village after you unlock it.
