To get the Black Greatsword, find Brabus in Ward 13 and talk to him. You need to have the Dark Horizon DLC up and running to get new dialog info. Once you talk to him, you get an option to purchase Black Metal Bars. If this option does not appear for you, you need to purchase everything in his store and clear out his shop. Speak to him once again and then the option to get Black Metal Bars will appear. Get the Black Metal Bars and make your way to Ava McCabe.
