The Potent Robe is given to you by Alfira the bard in Druid Grove during Act 1, but during the Dark Urge playthough she will be killed. Here we will see how to get the Potent Robe as a Dark Urge in Baldur’s Gate 3.

While you do get the option to kill Alfira now, you shouldn’t do it. Rather, knock her out using non-lethal attacks, which can be activated in the passive bar. Use any melee attack or a melee character to knock her out, then head back to camp to rest. The next day, a different bard will show up. You can continue the rest of the questline in saving the Grove from the goblins. After reaching Act 2 and visiting the Last Light Inn, you will find Alfira here. If you talk to her, she will be grateful for your help and will give you the Potent Robe as a parting gift.
Another thing to note while trying to knock her unconscious, it is best to try and attack her when she isn’t aware. If she does remember that you had knocked her out, her reputation with you will go down and she will think poorly of you. You can give her gifts and talk to her to build it back up.
