Fortunately, players can download and install mods for Cities: Skylines 2, but the source of the mods will not come from Steam Workshop. Steam Workshop is a popular platform that supports millions of mods for various games. But currently it does not support mods for Cities Skylines 2, or rather the devs have removed Steam Workshop support. The only way you can get mods for the game now is through the official Paradox Mods site. The devs have decided to shift the modding requirements to their official platform to provide modding capabilities to their PC and console players. Console players can now access the Asset Mods section in the library to get mods for Cities Skylines 2, which is a first of its kind.
