Decoy Grenade

How to Get Tactical Weapons in MW2
To start unlocking tactical weapons, you need to reach rank 4 in any multiplayer mode. At rank 4, you can unlock the Semtex menu where you can equip different Tactical Weapons. Initially you can unlock the Flash Grenade, Shock Stick, and Decoy Grenade at rank 4 but as you keep upgrading your rank, you can unlock the other weapons. The last tactical weapon you can get is the Heartbeat Sensor at rank 28.
