Jump into the Vondel map and make your way to the zoo. This is a marked POI, so you shouldn’t have any trouble finding it. You would have also made your way here if you used the Vondel Zoo Dead Drop.
Once you reach the zoo, visit the central section of the area. There is a pier here that you need to parkour up to. The easiest way to get here is by using the large boulders below and jumping across the gap towards the roof. After that, make your way up the pier to find the detonator resting on the fence. You have to interact with the detonator and secure it to complete one part of the Assault on Vondel mission.
If you cannot spot it here, then you would have to check the entire zoo area. This area is one of the possible spawn locations for the detonator to appear.
