To find the hidden wrench, just follow the steps below:
- You have to make your way to the medical wing to find the wrench.
- Head over to the west wing where you will encounter a locked junction box.
- Give it a few hits with your weapon, then press the button on your left to unlock the secret stairwell.
- Make your way to the right side and take the stairs on your right that goes down.
- Follow the passage and unlock the door, then keep to your left to find an audio log on the seat
- There is another locked door at the end of the room.
- Go through it, go up the ramp, and keep to your right side
- At the fork, take the right side passageway, go left, and turn immediately right
- You will find a dead body, and beside it is the hidden wrench
- Pick it up to get the achievement
