To evolve Varoom into Revavroom, you need to find Varoom. They are commonly found in East Province Area Three and can be found on the path beside the mountain. You can easily bump into a bunch of Varoom here, so you can choose the one you wish to capture.
Once you get your Varoom, evolving it to Revavroom is pretty simple. You just have to level up Varoom to level 40. You can level it up by feeding it XP candies, using it in battle, or using the Let’s Go auto-battle feature. After reaching level 40, you automatically get a Revavroom.
If you wish to not evolve your Varoom and want to capture a Revavroom, there are a few places you can look. The most popular place is in Glaseado Mountain, on top of the watchtower here. You can spot one Revavroom on top that you can capture. You can also try your luck finding it around North Province (Area One) and West Province (Area Three).
