Guide to do Scout in FIFA 23- Steps Explained
If you have been playing FIFA games for a long time, you probably have got the point that taking a bunch of legendary players won’t always help you perform excellently in matches. Instead, you have to research and pick new talents to lead your Club. The Star Players always can’t hold up the Club’s legacy; you need young talented players for this. Also, the young players can help you rebuild a ruined club. So, in FIFA 23, one of the first tasks players need to perform is to set up a Scouting network in the Career Mode.
Scouting is a worthy process to find the next generation players to lead up your Club and maintain the legacy. Also, your expenses for hiring the players become less if you find new talents. Among these new talented players, you may find the star players of the next generation. To perform Scout, players need to follow four steps. Below we have listed all the four steps-
- The first step is to hire scouts. You can skip the hiring process if your Club is a renowned club with two or three-star Scouts. However, for the players who have smaller clubs with no scouts have to set a budget to hire scouts. To hire scouts, players need to follow the steps: Main Career Mode page> Transfer> Hire Scout from here.
- After you hire scouts, you have to assign them to different regions of the world. There are multiple regions available. For example- North America, South America, North Europe, South Europe, Asia, etc. If you have hired one Scout, choose one region and assign him to that region using the ‘Global Transfer Network.’
- The next step is one of the most important steps of the process. Players need to specify the player characteristics that Scouts should look for. In FIFA 23, there are several specifications that players can adjust like Position, Age, Attributes, etc. All these qualities don’t need to be adjusted. You can only specify the qualities you want in your players
- The final step is to analyze the Scouting Reports. Of course, working with a full report containing a player’s complete information is always better. However, if you are in a hurry, you can work with a report with only the qualities you are looking for. We recommend to wait for a full scouting report to analyze players and shortlist them.
These are the four steps to follow if you want to scout players in FIFA 23.
