- While in the Pre-Game Lobby, go to Options or Menu
- Open it and next open the Lobby
- You’ll find the player list
- Mute the player from there by selecting him and pressing the respective buttons as shown on the screen.
This is the way to mute players when you want to mute one or two players. But what if you want to mute a group of people together? Well, that’s also possible, and the process is as easy as the one mentioned- above. Only follow the steps mentioned below-
- Go to the menu
- Select Settings
- Click on Audio
- Scroll- down to Voice Chat
- In the Drop-down menu, you’ll get options like- disable voice chat entirely, Everyone but your party, and Everyone but your friends.
- Choose the one you want, and you can’t hear their voices anymore.
