Survival games can’t be possible without bosses. These bosses are the most powerful creatures whom players need to fight with, and these are the creatures who make survival games more challenging. In Elden Ring, players will get more than 200 bosses to fight with before they reach the ending. Some of these bosses are mandatory; some are optional.
Guardian Golem is an optional Mini-boss that players need to fight with to acquire the Blue Dancer Charm Talisman. This guide will help you know how to beat Guardian Golem in Elden Ring.
Location and Defeating Process of Guardian Golem in Elden Ring
Guardian Golem is an optional mini-boss whom you find at the end of Highroad Cave. Make your way through the areas of Wolves, Bats, and Octopi to reach the bottom of the waterfall where the Guardian Golem is waiting. In the beginning, you’ll find him sleeping, which gives you an excellent opportunity to summon your Spirit Ash for help. The fight will be a hard one, so you need to take the help of Spirit Ash to defeat the mini-boss.
The Golem has some weak spots marked in its hands, legs, and chest. These are the perfect target spots for you, but the arm and chest are difficult to attack even with magic. Therefore, the most suitable target points are the legs. You can use melee attacks to damage his feet. Usually, the Golem attacks straight to the front side; therefore, try to stay on his side and close to his legs to avoid the attacks.
There are two dangerous attacks of the Golem, which you need to be careful of. The first is his Ax’s wider swipe, and the second is his ground-slam AOE. These two attacks can make you vulnerable. Try to avoid these attacks, but if somehow you take damage, run away to a safe place and use the potion to heal yourself before you jump into the fight once again.
Watch out for his attacks and keep attacking him on its weak spots. After you hit him for sometimes, it will fall on the ground, and now, you can defeat him by a critical hit on his chest weak point. Alternatively, keep hitting its weak points in its arms and legs until it dies.
