In Resident Evil Requiem, the Chairman’s Office Puzzle is something that can get you confused if you don’t know how exactly you need to get the code for solving the puzzle and getting the Moon Quartz. In this guide, we’ve outlined everything you need to know to get your hands on the reward and solve the puzzle as efficiently as possible.
How to Get the Clue from the Chairman’s Office
While exploring the Care Center, you’ll come across the Chairman’s Office, which is in the West Wing. What you’ll need to do is head over to the marked location and go inside the office. Once you’re in, you’ll see that the Chairman’s Note is on the table with a page torn-off. The torn off page actually had the solution to the puzzle, and since you can’t retrieve it, you’ll need to use a pencil and lightly shade over the page to reveal the indentations from the previous writing, which will uncover the solution.
Now, in order to write/shade on the notepad, you’ll first need to get a pencil, which can be found on the desk that is inside the Head Office. Go towards the back, and you’ll easily find the Head Office. Once inside, you’ll notice two men having a scuffle behind the desk. You’ll need to be quiet so that they don’t get alarmed and grab the pencil from the desk, but the better option is to simply take out the enemy.
Revealing & Solving the Moon, Star, and Sun Puzzle
Now go back to the notepad you found lying on the table and start shading over the page to reveal the solution, which is code:

- Moon
After getting the code, go to the box that’s on the right side of the room beside the fireplace, and solve the puzzle by putting in the code. Once you’re done, the safe will unlock, and you’ll get the Moon Quartz.
