It is right along the roadside, so just follow the main road and you can find a torn down structure filled with paintings on your side. Use the scan option to quickly locate which painting you need to investigate, then check your inventory for a map. This map will lead you to the mysterious treasure buried nearby

To find the treasure, make your way north towards the river (4749, 1457). Once you reach this spot, look across the river northward. You will spot a small island in the middle of the water and a glowing item here. Head over there and investigate it to get a loot crate.
