To start crafting toys, you need to first unlock the Formula: Plush Toy item from the in-game store. Head over to the main menu and select the Manibus menu option. Click on Season Goals on the top section of the screen. On the right hand corner you will spot the Season Shop icon. You need to spend Starchrom here to unlock items. In the Season Shop, under Furniture Formula > Phase 1, you will find the Plush Toy recipe
To unlock it you need to spend 1000 Starchrom. You can collect Starchrom by just completing various activities within the game. Some events that will grant Starchrom are Territory Purification, Prime War, Journey quests, and redeeming Stellar Planua. Completing all the season activities will automatically grant you Starchrom. You can now unlock Plush Toy, then place it close to your Deviant’s Isolated Securement Unit. You can find Plush Toys under Build > Furniture > Decoration
