You can find Wild Dog Isle outpost as the tiny island on the map. Once you make your way across, you have a few objectives to complete. As part of the Unfinished Expedition quest, you need to find a door on a building and unlock it to get some item hidden within. Once you make your way to the building, you will find that there is a wall instead of the door. On the wall there is half a symbol on it. The other half of the symbol is on the green trailer in front of it

To solve the puzzle, all you have to do is move your character’s view so that it looks like both the symbols on the trailer and the building are aligned.
