To locate Chill Proof Mod 3, you need to make your way to Dark Forest Ancient Ruins Dungeon. There is only one Ancient Ruins within Dark Forest, and you have to be at least level 60 before you go inside. Inside this dungeon you will find Spider, Slayer, and Mechanical enemies. This dungeon is also home to the SlayerX Elite boss, who has a chance of dropping Holy Relic Key-Dark Forest. Anyways, once you enter the dungeon, you have to scavenge to find chests. Chests spawn frequently around the area, so take your time exploring
The Chill Proof Mod 3 can be found inside a random chest, so any chest you come across you have to unlock it. Once you get this mod, you have to prepare yourself even further before you venture into the frost region. You can scavenge barracks to find warmer clothes and equip the Explorer Mask for its mimicry ability. The mask gives resistance to temperature changes. Beside this, craft the Excitant medication and use it to gain Frostbite DMG -20% for 10 minutes. You will need Dried Tobacco x2, Cocoa Powder x5, Cactus Essence x2, and Acidic Fluid x5 to craft it at the brewing station
