Raising your Tribesmen Recognition is quite a simple process. All you have to do is meet all their requirements. That includes food and shelter, so they can feel safe in your settlement. Initially when you try to recruit a Tribesmen, it is best to feed them some liquid food like soups. Craft some Mushroom Soup and add it to their inventory to make them eat it. Keep feed them this till their recognition reaches 500, after which you can recruit them
Once you take them to your base, keep a dining table nearby and supply them with food and drinks. Juice is an easy item to cook in early games that will increase recognition. Also add several resting areas like beds, seating areas, and a bonfire to keep them warm. If you take them along on tasks with you or assign them a simple job to do, then their recognition grows as they won’t get bored in your settlement
