To get the Mask of Constraint, you need to seek out Fractsidus members and defeat them. There are several types of Fractsidus members, such as the Cannoneer, Gunmaster, or Thruster. Defeating any of them can increase your chance of obtaining the Mask of Constraint. But locating them will take some luck, as they don’t have a fixed spawn point. Instead, you can use your Echo Hunting tool to locate any of the Fractsidus members if you have collected their Echoes before
The first time you encounter the Fractsidus members is during the quest Ominous Star. This quest unlocks as part of the main story quests, so you won’t have a hard time trying to find this quest. Once you have an Echo from the Fractsidus member, you can use the hunting tool to track them down and defeat them, thus helping you acquire the Mask of Constraint.
