Unlike other resources found in the underworld and on the surface, the only way you can farm pearls is by defeating a certain enemy. You have to travel to Oceanus, the second biome, and defeat Scylla and the Sirens to get pearls as a drop. This is the region boss for Oceanus, so you have to complete a run before you can find them. Once you do, defeat them and repeat the process to collect more pearls. This is a long and tiresome way to farm pearls, but it is the only way to get them

- The Messenger Arcana Card: x20 Ashes, x1 Pearl
- Abyssal Insight Incantation: x2 Fate Fabric, x2 Pearl, x2 Moly, x2 Nightshade
- Aspect of Momus for Witch Staff: x2 Limestone, x1 Pearl
- Aspect of Charon for Moonstone Axe: x5 Pearls, x1 Obol Point
