There are two puzzles that you need to solve to rebuild the Golden Aqueduct. The puzzles are located close to two scores hidden around Alta Semita
Golden Aqueduct Puzzle Solution 1
Head north of Alta Semita towards the teleport waypoint to find the first score. You can start the puzzle by swimming towards the mural. You will spot a conch shell floating in front of the mural. Interact with the device in front of the mural to start. You need to align the floating conch shell with the picture on the mural. To solve it, press the left arrow three times and then press the down arrow two times. Next, find the three Flying Bird Phantasms around the conch shell and swim towards them. Keep swimming towards them and touch them so that they all fall into place. Once all the birds stop moving, the puzzle will be completed. Follow the flying birds to the Golden Aqueduct
Golden Aqueduct Puzzle Solution 2
For the next puzzle, head south of Alta Semita towards Collegium Phonascorum. Explore near the broken staircase or talk to Scylla if they are nearby. You will get a hint to follow the golden bee to find the second score. You have to again solve the conch and mural puzzle by pressing the right arrow three times, and then the up arrow once. Also, guide the Flying Bird Phantasms towards the mural the same way you did the first time. To know if they have stopped moving, the trail of light behind them won’t be visible anymore
To catch the birds, use the help of the Humongous Hat Jellyfish. Jump on them to touch the bird so it moves away. The jellyfish will change locations after the first jump, so use it to chase the birds. You can also climb onto objects to get some leverage to touch the birds and make them move.. If you find a bird surrounded by anemo slimes, defeat the slimes using ranged weapons to free it and it will fly to the mural. The slimes will respawn, so defeat them again the same way. Once all the birds start to leave, follow them to complete the second puzzle
