In Dragon’s Dogma 2, you might have to complete various quests to make progress within the game. During the quest A New Godsway, you will come into possession of the Dulled Godsbane Blade during the Convergence quest. You are tasked with taking the Godsbane over to Battahl and hand it over to Ambrosius. But finding Ambrosius can be tricky as there is no clear indication on where to locate him. To find Ambrosius, make your way to Bakbattahl and head over to Flamebearer Palace on the east side. Once you enter the palace, you have to make your way to the Forbidden Magick Research Lab on the western section of the palace. After you enter through the main entrance, keep to your left side to find a sliding pathway that leads down. Go all the way down till you reach the end and go down the next flight of stairs. You will soon reach the hallways with a dragon statue. Walk around the statue and go to the back to find a door that leads to the Laboratorium. Enter it to find Ambrosius, and you can talk to him to hand over the Dulled Godsbane Blade
To complete the rest of the quest, gather 15 Wyrmslife Crystals by killing draconic beasts, then hand them over to Ambrosius. Wait for a day, then go back to him to receive the Empowered Godsbane and complete the quest
