The Egg Incubator can be unlocked from the Tech tree at level 7, but it falls under the Ancient Technology section of the Tech Tree. This requires you to spend Ancient Tech Points to unlock the blueprint for the Egg Incubator. You can get Ancient Tech Points by defeating bosses for the first time. You just need one point to unlock the blueprint. After unlocking the blueprint, you also need to craft the incubator. For this, you will require the following
- Paldium Fragment x10 – can be found in the wild and farmed with a pickaxe
- Cloth x5 – Gather wool from Caprity, Cremis, Lamball, or Melpaca either by defeating them or farming from Ranch. Unlock cloth blueprint from the tech tree, then bring the wool to the workbench to craft cloth
- Stone x30 – obtained from mining rocks using the pickaxe
- Ancient Civilization Parts x2 – obtained from boss drops
If you are having a tough time trying to farm Ancient Civilization Parts or Ancient Tech Points, bosses do repawn after a while. So you can complete boss raids over and over again till you get the required items.
How to Hatch Eggs in Egg Incubator Palworld
Once you have gathered all the materials, place your egg incubator at your base and place an egg from your inventory inside it. Some eggs require warmth while some require the cold. For warmth, place a source of fire like a bonfire near the incubator. Colder eggs require coolers to keep the temperature down. If the text below the incubator reads that they are comfortable, then you don’t need to do anymore and instead wait for the hatching time to be over
