Starfield’s quests help you dig deeper into the lore of the game, and oftentime you will run into some trouble. Ryujin is convinced that the Neuroamp will bring in the much needed cash flow and push them towards fame. Just before the questline ends, you have a choice to make; to either stop them from producing the Neuroamp or leave them to their devices. In this guide we will see whether to stop the Internal Neuroamp project or not in Starfield.

Stop the Internal Neuroamp Project
If you choose to convince the board members of shutting down the project, you can further select two other options. You can ask them to shelve the project for the time being while the scientists study the effects of the Neuroamp further. Or you can dissuade them from ever bringing up the project again, thus shutting it down completely. Whichever choice you make, your companions will like it and you can keep the Neuroamp you received from the quest and use it whenever you wish.
Let the Internal Neuroamp Project Continue
If you let them work on the Neuroamp and distribute them, the questline will end here. The outcome remains the same as above, but all your companions will disagree with your choice. You can keep your Neuroamp and use it outside the quest now.
What choice to make?
There are no consequences to the choice you make during this part of the quest, so you can pick whichever you like. The only difference between both outcomes is the reaction of your companions.
